Welcome to Gilead Oncology - Patient Support Program (GO-PSP)!

You have been prescribed Zydelig®, which makes you eligible to enrol into GO-PSP. GO-PSP is a service designed to help you access, and take your Zydelig therapy as prescribed, designed to support you every step of the way.

Only 3 steps to enrol.

Step 1: GO-PSP card verification
To determine your eligibility for financial assistance and the support available to you please enter your client ID from GO-PSP card in the space provided.

If you have any questions on how to enrol or on services provided by GO-PSP, call 1-844-GLD-OPSP (453-6777) between 9 am and 5 pm EST Monday to Friday, or talk to your physician or pharmacist.

Card Activation

To activate and use your patient support card and attain financial assistance, please complete these three steps:

1. Activate Your Card: Take five minutes to complete the required enrolment process. If you would like to be kept informed as future benefit programs become available, please provide consent when activating your card.

Once you have completed the required steps, your patient support card will be activated and ready to use within two hours.

2. Present Your Card: Bring your card and your prescription to the pharmacy and present them to your pharmacist.

3. Keep Your Card: Please ensure you keep your card for all future pharmacy visits.
